description: This research aimed to determine the effect of organic tea dregs and chicken manure on the growth and yield of cayenne pepper plants (Capsicum frutescens L.). This research was conducted in Lontar Baru Village, District. Serang. Banten from January to May 2024. This research used a factorial Randomized Block Design (RBD) consisting of two factors and three replications. The first factor was the dose of tea dregs, with four levels : 0 t/ha (A0), 2 t/ha (A1), 4 t/ha (A2) and 6 t/ha (A3). The second factor was the dose of chicken manure, also with four levels : 0 t/ha (K0), 8 t/ha (K1), 10 t/ha (K2) and 12 t/ha (K3). The results showed that the application organic tea dregs influenced the number of leaves at 3 WAP (41.41 pieces), number fruit at 3 WAP (32.83 fruits) and weight at fruit 3 WAP (47.75 g). in contrast, chicken manure application affected plant height at 1 WAP (7.39 cm), 2 WAP (14,15 cm) and 3 WAP (24.44 cm), the time of leaves at 2 WAP (15.12 leaves) and 3 WAP (44.58 leaves), the time of first flower appearance (24.25 DAP), fruit number (31.91 fruist) and fruit weight (45.25 g). An interaction between organic tea dregs and chicken manure was observed in the number of fruits from 4 to 6 WAP (1st to 3rd harvest), recorded at 24,24 DAP.
