note: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh strategi manajemen rantainpasok (X) terhadap kinerja operasional (Y) yang di mediasi kompetensi organisasi (Z) studi pada usaha mikro di Kabupaten Serang. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah usaha mikro yang bergerak pada penyediaan makanan dan minuman di kabupaten Serang. Pengambilan sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 100 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) dengan menggunakan alat analisis SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa seluruh hungan antar variabel bersifat positf namun kompetensi organisasi tidak dapet memediasi secara penuh hubungan antara strategi manajemen rantai pasok terhadap kinerja operasional pada usaha mikro di Kabupaten Serang.
abstract: This study aims to determine the influence of the chain management strategy (X) on operational performance (Y) which is mediated by organizational competence (Z) study on micro enterprises in Serang Regency. The method used in this study is quantitative research. The population in this study is micro businesses engaged in the provision of food and beverages in Serang district. The sampling of this study amounted to 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this study is Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) using the SPSS version 25 analysis tool. The results of this study show that all the variables are positive, but organizational competence does not fully mediate the relationship between supply chain management strategies and operational performance in micro enterprises in Serang Regency.
