Hasil tugas akhir memperlihatkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan dari Labbaik Chicken Ciracas adalah sudah baik dalam memberikan kualitas pelayanan kepada konsumen. abstract: A restaurant is a means of providing services in the form of food and beverages. In this case, the quality of good service greatly determines the development of restaurants other than food and beverages as products offered. Labbaik Chicken, is a fast food restaurant that has a mission to provide high-quality products and services that are halal. The purpose of this study is to find out how the quality of service of Labbaik Chicken Ciracas Serang Banten Branch is. The writing method used is a descriptive method. Data collection in this final project uses observation, documentation, and questionnaires.
