This program makes it easier for the public to pay their  motor vehicle tax at the Serang Samsat office, however there are still several  obstacles in implementing the motor vehicle tax whitening program, including  those who still don't know the procedures or procedures for participating in the  motor vehicle tax whitening program, the lack of public knowledge regarding  scheduling. motor vehicle tax reduction program, so there are still those who don't  know about this program. As a suggestion, so that this program runs more  optimally, the Serang Samsat office or the authorities provide a special platform  or social media to provide education and direction regarding motor vehicle tax  whitening program procedures.
