This research was carried out from May until July 2024 at the Greenhouse of Faculty of Agriculture University of Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa. The research used a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) consisting of two factors. The first factor was the type of organic priming material, which consists of 3 levels namely B0 (Control), B1 (Coconut water solution 30% concentration) and B2 (Tomato extract solution 30% concentration). The second factor was soaking time of organic priming solution, which consists of 3 levels namely L1 (Soaking time 1 hour), L2 (Soaking time 2 hours), and L3 (Soaking time 3 hours). The combination of the two factors was repeated four times, so that 36 experimental units are obtained. The result showed that coconut water with a concentration of 30% (B1) gave the best effect on the parameters of germination percentage (50.67%), plant height (4.67 cm) and number of leaves (3.56 strands). Soaking time of 2 hour (L2) gave the best effect on the parameters of germination percentage (49.00%), plant height (4.50 cm) and number of leaves (3.67 strands).
