This research aims to improve the motor skills of mentally retarded students by learning balloon forming skills. The approach used in this research is the One Group Pretest and Posttest Design Pre-experiment and the data obtained was processed using the Wilcoxon test with the subjects of this research being the mentally retarded students at SDN Sudimara Timur 2, totaling 4 people. The data collection technique used is a test. Based on analysis using the Wilcoxon test formula, it shows that Tcount= 0 and based on the critical value for the Wilcoxon test at a significance level of 0.05 with a total of N= 4, Ttable = 2.92, then HO is rejected because Tcount
