The main issue underlying this study is the high demand from the public for child identity documents, yet there are still various obstacles in the service process, such as long processing times, suboptimal interaction between officers and the public, and the underutilization of technology. These obstacles may affect the level of public satisfaction with the services provided. This study uses the public service performance theory developed by Dwiyanto, with five main indicators: productivity, service quality, responsiveness, responsibility, and accountability. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. The population of this study consists of the residents of Tangerang Regency who are KIA applicants, with a sample size of 378 respondents selected using accidental sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and then analyzed using statistical tests with the help of SPSS software version 25. The results show that the public service performance in KIA issuance achieved 71.3%, which is categorized as "Good." However, improvements are still needed to reach the "Very Good" category with a score of 90%.
