description: This research is motivated by the minimal use of learning media in teaching and learning activities, which aims to develop an interesting learning media by utilizing technological devices. The resulting media is interactive media based on the Office Sway website with the aim of improving the scientific literacy skills of fourth grade elementary school students. This research was conducted at SDN Sarakan III with research subjects of class IV-B students totaling 32 students. The method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the APPED development model (Surjono, 2017: 65) which includes 5 systematic stages, namely analysis and initial research, design, production, evaluation and dissemination. The research results show that the interactive learning media Office Sway developed is valid and very suitable for use in learning with a validity level of 86.38%. The results of increasing scientific literacy after using Office Sway were 0.59 in the "Medium" category which showed an average pre-test score of 40.4 (Very poor) and post-test 76.37 (Good). The student response results obtained a score of 96.74% in the  "Very Good" category. This media can not only improve students' scientific literacy skills, but can also be used as material for consideration, a source of information and innovation in classroom learning activities in order to increase the knowledge, skills and creativity of educators in developing learning media, especially in the era of digitalization. This. Further research is recommended to develop Office Sway interactive learning media which can improve the limitations of this research by changing the focus, expanding variables and developing research using different variables.
