Consumer protection is an inseparable part of healthy business activities. In a healthy business activity, there is a balance between legal protection for consumers and business operators. Indonesia has several regulations that protect consumers, including Law Number 8 of 1999 on Consumer Protection. In Article 1, paragraph 1, "Consumer protection is all efforts that ensure legal certainty to provide protection to consumers." Consumers of the consignment service with the initials SK, HH, ZAP used the consignment service to obtain tickets for the KPOP concert NCT DREAM in Jakarta. This research aims to understand the Legal Protection for Consumers Who Experience Immaterial Loss According to the Republic of Indonesia Law Number 8 of 1999 on Consumer Protection, to determine the accountability of the entrusted service providers towards consumers who suffer immaterial loss due to not obtaining concert tickets. This research uses a normative juridical method with a case approach research specification. The data used in this research are secondary data supported by primary data in the form of interviews with consumers, which are analyzed descriptively qualitatively. The research results show that based on Article 4 letter (h) of Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection, it explains that consumers have the right to receive compensation, reimbursement, and/or replacement if the goods and/or services received do not match the agreement.
