description: Work productivity is a comparison between the results achieved (output) and  the total resources (input) used per unit of time. Women are a group that is classified  as vulnerable to nutritional problems, especially anemia. Many factors influence the  level of work productivity, for example anemia status, work fatigue, and length of  service. The aim of this research is to analyze the relationship between anemia  status, work fatigue and length of service with work productivity at PT X. The type  of research used is analytical observational with a cross sectional approach. This  research sample data was collected using a purposive sampling technique and the  number of research samples was 40 female workers in the repacking section at PT  X. The data collection technique for this research uses measurement of hemoglobin  levels and filling out work fatigue questionnaires (KAUPK2), work productivity,  data on respondent characteristics and length of service. The results of the research  show that the majority of female repacking workers at PT IDR 4,492,961) (85%),  experiencing anemia (40%), high level of work fatigue (12.5%), long working period  (> 10 years) (17.5%), and high level of work productivity (65%). The conclusion of  this research is that there is a significant relationship between work fatigue and work  productivity (p = 0.046), while there is no significant relationship between anemia  status (p = 0.787) and work experience (p = 0.831) and work productivity.
