description: The synthesis and characterization of materials as cathodes for sodium-ion (Na-Ion) batteries were successfully conducted using the solid-state reaction method with NaFePO₄, NaMnPO₄, and NaCoPO₄ as precursors. The calcination temperatures for the samples were set sequentially at 600°C, 700°C, and 800°C. SEM and XRD analyses were carried out to investigate the morphology, particle distribution, crystal structures formed in each sample, and crystal sizes. The crystal structures of the synthesized samples were identified as distinctive orthorhombic structures. However, the particle morphology was non-uniform due to agglomeration. FTIR analysis revealed characteristic vibrational peaks of the phosphate (PO₄) group in each sample, indicating the successful integration of phosphate groups into the crystal structure of the cathode materials. However, ionic interactions within the material caused shifts in the positions of these vibrational peaks.
