description: Tangerang City experienced an increase in cases of violence against children in 2020-2022, so it has become a serious problem and needs to be handled by various parties, such as: Tangerang City Government, the Community, Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) and related agencies. Tangerang City has Regional Regulation Number 2 of 2015 concerning Child Protection as the main policy for implementing child protection, especially for victims of child violence. This research aims to evaluate the implementation process of Regional Regulation Number 2 of 2015 concerning Child Protection in Tangerang City for 2020-2022 which focuses on victims of child violence. This research uses policy evaluation theory from William N. Dunn which has 6 criteria for evaluating policies, namely: Effectiveness, Efficiency, Adequacy, Equity, Responsiveness, and Accuracy. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. The results of the research show that the implementation of Regional Regulation Number 2 of 2015 concerning Child Protection in Tangerang City for 2020-2022 has not run optimally and requires evaluation in the implementation of protection for children who experience acts of violence.
