The purpose of this study was to determine the trophic status of reservoir waters in Serdang Asri, Tangerang Regency, Banten Province based on the Trophic Level Index (TLI) method. The research was carried out from Desember 2023 to January 2024. Sampling was carried out 2 times. Analysis of water quality parameters was carried out at the Serang Fish and Environmental Health Testing Center (BPKIL) Laboratory. Water samples were taken at 3 stations in the morning (08.00 WIB). The distance between the first and second stations is about 300m each. while the distance between the second and third stations is around 200m. Water quality analysis is carried out in situ and in the laboratory. The parameters analyzed in situ are brightness, temperature, pH, Dissolved Oxygen (DO). The water quality parameters analyzed in the laboratory are total nitrogen, total phosphate and chlorophyll-a. The results of calculating the TLI value at the Serdang Asri Housing Reservoir in the dry season range from 7.51-8.84 with the highest value at station 2 and the lowest value at station 3, while in the rainy season the TLI value ranges from 7.06-7.54 with the highest value at station 2 and the lowest value at station 6. Based on TLI criteria, the fertility of the Serdang Asri reservoir waters is classified as Hypertrophic.
