SISTEM AKUNTANSI  PEMBERIAN KREDIT AGUNAN RUMAH (KAR) PADA PT. BANK TABUNGAN NEGARA (PERSERO) TBK KANTOR CABANG CILEGON

Penulisan tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Sistem Akuntansi Pemberian Kredit Agunan Rumah  pada PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (persero) Tbk. Kantor Cabang Cilegon. Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan tugas akhir ini adalah metode deskriptif. Hasil menunjukan bahwa PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (persero) Tbk. Kantor Cabang Cilegon telah melaksanakan sistem akuntansi pemberian kredit agunan rumah dengan baik dan memenuhi unsur pengendalian intern dan telah sesuai dengan standar yang telah ditetapkan, serta didukung dengan sistem E-loan yang dapat memberikan kemudahan dalam proses pemberian kredit dan pengambilan keputusan kredit yang lebih efektif dan efisien dari sistem pemberian kredit .

The  aim of writing this final assignment is to find out how the accounting system for providing home collateral credit an PT.  state saving bank (persero) Tbk. Cilegon Branch Office. The method used in writing this final assignment is the descriptive method. The results show thet PT. State Saving Bank (persero) Tbk. The Cilegon Branch Office has implemented an accounting system for granting home mortgage loans well and meets the elements of internal control and is in accordance with established standards, and is supported by an E-loan system which can provide convenience in the process of granting credit and making credit decisions more effectively and efficiency of the credit granting system.
