Metode yang digunakan adalah studi kasus dengan desain penelitian one group pre-test pos-test design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI. Pengambilan sampel ini dilakukan dengan teknik sampel jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik tes berupa pilihan ganda, teknik non-tes berupa lembar observasi keterlaksanaan pembelajaran dan angket respon siswa. Analisis data menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif uji T (Paired sample T-Test). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rata-rata kemampuan kognitif siswa berdasarkan hasil pre-test sebesar 67,41% (kategori sedang), dan hasil post-test sebesar 76,03% (kategori tinggi). Hasil uji-t menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran ATI terhadap hasil belajar kognitif siswa kelas XI pada materi sistem respirasi. The method used is a case study with a research design of one group pre-test pos-test design. The population in this study were all grade XI students. This sampling was done with saturated sample technique. Data collection techniques used test techniques in the form of multiple choice, non-test techniques in the form of observation sheets of learning implementation and student response questionnaires. Data analysis used descriptive quantitative method of T-test (Paired sample T-Test). The results showed that the average cognitive ability of students based on pre-test results was 67.41% (medium category), and post-test results were 76.03% (high category).
