description: This study aims to determine the effect of Aptitude Treatment Interaction (ATI)  learning model on cognitive learning outcomes of grade XI students on Respiratory  System material. The method used is a case study with a research design of one  group pre-test pos-test design. The population in this study were all grade XI  students. This sampling was done with saturated sample technique. Data collection  techniques used test techniques in the form of multiple choice, non-test techniques  in the form of observation sheets of learning implementation and student response  questionnaires. Data analysis used descriptive quantitative method of T-test  (Paired sample T-Test). The results showed that the average cognitive ability of  students based on pre-test results was 67.41% (medium category), and post-test  results were 76.03% (high category). The results of the t-test showed that there was  an effect of the ATI learning model on the cognitive learning outcomes of grade XI  students on respiration system material.
