Penelitian ini menggunakan bentuk desain Pre-Experimental dengan One Group Pretest-Posttest Design dirgunakan satu populasi atau kelompok subyek. Pre-Experimental Design, design ini belum menjadi eksperimen sebenarnya, masih terdapat variabel luar yang ikut berpengaruh dalam terbentuknya variabel dependen. Hal ini bisa terjadi dikarenakan tidak adanya variabel kontrol dan sampel tidak dipilih secara random. Berdasarkan data hasil penelitian, diperoleh nilai Asymp. Sig (2 tailed) serbesar 0,000 {\ensuremath{<}} 0,05 maka dapat disimpulkan ada perberdaan rata-rata hasil circuit training antara nilai pretest dan posttest. Karena nilai Asymp. sig (2 tailed) 0,05 maka dinyatakan bahwa circuit training berpengaruh terhadap daya tahan otot dan fleksibilitas permain SSB Salfas Soccer. Bagi pelatih, metode circuit training dapat digunakan serbagai model latihan dalam merningkatkan daya tahan otot dan fleksibilitas permain sepak bola.
