description: This study examines the impact of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems and Digital Business Strategy (DBS) on company performance. The research employs a quantitative approach utilizing a survey method. Primary data, collected through questionnaires, were gathered from non-banking industrial companies in DKI Jakarta Province. Questionnaires were distributed to assistant managers, supervisors, and managers within these companies. The sampling method used was purposive sampling, the sampling technique used if the sample to be taken has certain considerations, resulting in a sample of 7 non-banking companies that met the study criteria. Out of 198 distributed questionnaires, 105 (53%) were returned and processed. The analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Squares (PLS) via SmartPLS 3.0. The results indicate that (1) ERP Systems have a positive and significant effect on company performance, and (2) Digital Business Strategy also has a positive and significant effect on company performance.
