This research examines how the digital public space @infoserang facilitates transparent public participation and government accountability. The research method used is qualitative using  a case study approach. Data collected through observation, interviews with related parties according to the data required. The findings in this researchshow that people use social media @infoserang as a forum for their aspirations regarding social issues. @infoserang has great potential in strengthening democracy in the city of Serang, and increasing community  participation. It is hoped that this research will provide benefits and contribute to the development of effective public communication startegies, especially in utilizing digital public spaces to strengthen democracy tn the city of Serang
