description: This study aims to examine the influence of hedonic motivation, effort  expectancy, and trust variables on the use of mobile banking, with behavioral  intention as a mediating variable. In the rapidly developing digital era, BSI  Mobile can be a solution for banking services that can be done anywhere and  anytime. This study uses a quantitative approach, with data collection through  questionnaires distributed to BSI Mobile users in the BSI Banten Area totaling  166 respondents. Data were analyzed using SmartPLS 3 to evaluate the  relationship between variables with each variable having 5 (five) indicators. The  results of the study indicate that hedonic motivation, effort expectancy, and trust  have a significant positive effect on behavioral intention which is also a mediator  that connects with use. Hedonic motivation has a positive and significant effect on  use, effort expectancy has a positive but insignificant effect on use and trust  actually has a negative but significant effect on use. The results of this study are  expected to provide important insights both for the development of UTAUT  adoption theory and for BSI to design strategies to increase the use of BSI Mobile.
