description: This study aims to understand the impact of the variables Government  Expenditure, Gross Regional Domestic Product, Minimum Wage, Number of  Industries, Human Development Index, and Foreign Investment on Labor  Absorption in provinces across Indonesia from 2017 to 2022. This study uses panel  data consisting of cross-sectional data from 34 provinces in Indonesia and time  series data for the period of 2017-2022. The analytical method used in this research  employs a dynamic panel data regression model, specifically using the Generalized  Method of Moments (GMM) approach, and the data in this study is secondary data.  The estimation results of this study indicate that the Minimum Wage, Number of  Industries, Human Development Index, and Foreign Investment variables have a  partial impact on Labor Absorption, while the Government Expenditure and Gross  Regional Domestic Product variables do not have a partial impact on Labor  Absorption. Simultaneously, the variables Government Expenditure, Gross  Regional Domestic Product, Minimum Wage, Number of Industries, Human  Development Index, and Foreign Investment influence Labor Absorption
