Melalui uji validitas dan reliabilitas didapatkan hasil bahwa kuisioner dalam penelitian ini bersifat valid dan reliabel. Dan melalui uji normalitas didapatkan hasil bahwa penelitian ini berjalan dengan normal berdasarkan hasil uji normalitas menyatakan bahwa diketahui nilai signifikansi 0,200{\ensuremath{>}}0,05 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa nilai residual normal. Melalui uji hipotesis terlihat arah pengaruh variabel X terhadap Y adalah positif. Dengan demikian variabel X media sosial instagram berpengaruh positif terhadap variabel Y sikap tanggung jawab.
