description: This study examines the implementation of inclusive education policies at  SMA Negeri 2 Kota Serang to describe the processes, challenges, and  supporting factors. A descriptive qualitative approach was used, employing  observation, interviews, and documentation to collect data from the principal,  school counselors, subject teachers, class teachers, students, and parents. The  findings indicate that policy implementation has followed key steps, such as  inclusive student admissions through PPDB, stakeholder coordination, and  teacher briefings. However, major challenges include insufficient training,  limited resources, and varying levels of teacher understanding. Additionally,  physical facilities remain inadequate to support accessibility for students with  special needs, although efforts to foster a psychologically inclusive  environment are evident. In conclusion, successful implementation of  inclusive education policies requires enhanced teacher training, more active  parental involvement, and improved collaboration and communication among  stakeholders.
