Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu quasi experiment dengan desain penelitian posttest control group design. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMA Yuppentek 1 Tangerang. Populasi pada penelitian ini seluruh kelas XI tahun ajaran 2023/2024. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik simple random sampling yang terdiri dari kelas XI 9 sebagai kelas kontrol dan kelas XI 1 sebagai kelas eksperimen yang masing-masing kelasnya berjumlah 35 siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa angket untuk mengukur kolaborasi siswa melalui penilaian observer, penilaian diri dan penilaian teman sebaya. Hasil data penelitian dari kemampuan kolaborasi kelas eksperimen memperoleh rata-rata sebesar 85,03 dengan kategori sangat tinggi dan kelas kontrol dengan rata-rata 77,9 dengan kategori tinggi. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan SPSS 26 dengan uji T Sample Independent. Hasil uji statistik menunjukan signifikansi 0,001 < 0,05 sehingga H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima yang artinya pembelajaran berdiferensiasi terintegrasi model project based learning (PjBL) terdapat pengaruh terhadap kemampuan kolaborasi siswa pada materi sistem ekskresi di SMA Yuppentek 1 Tangerang. abstract: This research aims to determine the effect of differentiated learning integrated with the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model on the collaboration skills of eleventh-grade students in the excretory system material. The research method used is a quasi-experiment with a posttest control group design. This research was conducted at SMA Yuppentek 1 Tangerang. The population in this study consists of all 11th-grade classes for the 2023/2024 academic year. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling, consisting of class XI 9 as the control class and class XI 1 as the experimental class, with each class comprising 35 students. The instrument used was a questionnaire to measure student collaboration through observer assessment, self-assessment, and peer assessment. The research data results on collaboration skills show that the experimental class obtained an average score of 85.03, categorized as very high, while the control class obtained an average score of 77.9, categorized as high. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS 26 with an Independent Sample T-test.
