description: The phenomenon of violence against women and children that occurs in Indonesia deserves immediate attention from various groups, in line with the increasing number of reports of cases of sexual violence that occur in Lebak Regency, especially children who dominate the largest number. From year to year, the number of victims of sexual violence against children increases. The recorded number of victims from 2020-2023 was 179 cases, which is still quite a large number because the figure exceeds 100 cases of sexual violence against children. This research aims to determine the implementation of the DP3AP2KB strategy in preventing cases of sexual violence against children in Lebak Regency. The research method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative research method, while the data collection technique is observation, interviews and documentation. The focus of the research used is Strategy Implementation theory. According to Thomas L Wheelen and David J Hunger (2008:3) consists of Program, Budget and Procedures.The results of this research show that the program for preventing sexual violence against children is already running, but its implementation has not been optimal. Socialization has only been carried out in 5 sub-districts out of a total of 28 sub-districts spread across Lebak Regency, then the budget is not sufficient to support the needs of the sexual violence prevention program in children, so there are several activities that are hampered due to budget limitations and finally the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The implementation of the violence prevention program against children has been carried out in accordance with the SOP that has been determined, but the implementation of prevention is still not effective.
