This Research applies a quantitative method to measure the influence to the influence between variabels using simple regression analysis. Data Colletion techniques used include distributing questionnaires, and documentation. The Population in the study in   this study is the Community Asscoiations. (RW) in Tangerang City, Totaling 1015 individuals, while the sample was proportionally drawn with 284 respondents, selected through probability sampling, specifically proportional sampling, where several RW leaders in Tangerang City were proportionally surveyed. The research findings indicate that there is an influence of innovation attributes on the adoption procces. However, the level of adoption among Community Associations is still very low.
