Tax collection will certainly be taken from several regions, in local tax collection there are several types of tax collection, one of which is generated by motor vehicle taxes. However, in its implementation there are still several problems so that services in motor vehicle taxes continue to be developed by new innovations, one of which is the motor vehicle tax through the 3 provincial integrated samsat which is only available in 3 related provinces, namely the provinces of Jakarta, Banten and West Java. In this study, it will discuss the quality of service on satisfaction in paying motor vehicle taxes at the Integrated Samsat 3 Provinces Banten Outlet. This study uses a correlative quantitative research method which will later link and measure the influence between service quality and community satisfaction.
