Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah stratified random sampling. Setelah pretest, peserta dibagi secara acak menjadi dua kelompok melalui sistem undian: satu kelompok untuk latihan skipping dan kelompok lainnya untuk latihan hurdle jump, masing-masing terdiri dari 10 orang. Intervensi dilakukan selama 16 sesi, dengan frekuensi latihan tiga kali seminggu. Temuan dari penelitian ini adalah: a) Latihan skipping secara signifikan meningkatkan daya ledak otot tungkai, b) Latihan hurdle jump juga secara signifikan meningkatkan daya ledak otot tungkai, c) Terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara latihan skipping dan latihan hurdle jump dalam hal peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai, dengan latihan hurdle jump terbukti lebih efektif dibandingkan skipping dalam meningkatkan daya ledak otot tungkai pada pemain voli.}, school = {UNIVERSITAS SULTAN AGENG TIRTAYASA}, url = {https://eprints.untirta.ac.id/45184/}, abstract = {This research is a quantitative study aimed at determining the effectiveness of skipping and hurdle jump exercises on the improvement of leg muscle explosiveness in volleyball players. This research employs an experimental design that includes pretest, intervention, posttest, and data analysis phases. The research subject is volleyball athletes aged 12-14 years old. The sampling technique used is stratified random sampling. After the pretest, participants were randomly divided into two groups through a lottery system: one group for skipping exercises and the other for hurdle jump exercises, each consisting of 10 people.
