note: Batang bawah durian (Durio Zibethinus Murr.) berfungsi sebagai penopang dari akar tanaman yang diperoleh melalui biji dengan pertumbuhannya dipengaruhi oleh kondisi lingkungan sekitar. Pertumbuhan batang bawah yang baik, dapat dijadikan sebagai media perbanyakan vegetatif berupa grafting (sambung pucuk) untuk menghasilkan tanaman durian yang unggul. Untuk mendapatkan batang bawah durian diperlukan upaya pemupukan yang tepat pada tahap pembibitan, sehingga nantinya akan menghasilkan bibit batang bawah yang tumbuh kuat dan sehat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian dosis POC akar bambu dan pupuk KOHE kambing terhadap pertumbuhan batang bawah tanaman durian (Durio Zibethinus Murr.).

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret sampai dengan Mei 2024 di Lahan Pembibitan LMDH (Lembaga Masyarakat Desa Hutan) Wanasari, Desa Buyut, Kampung Kujangsari, Kecamatan Cileles, Kabupaten Lebak, Provinsi Banten. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) Faktorial yang terdiri dari dua faktor, yaitu: Faktor pertama dosis POC akar bambu (P) yang terdiri dari tiga taraf, yaitu: 0 ml/1L, 30 ml/1L, dan 50 ml/1L. Faktor kedua dosis pupuk KOHE kambing yang terdiri dari tiga taraf, yaitu: 0 g/polybag, 100 g/polybag, dan 150 g/polybag.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat dosis pupuk organik cair akar bambu 50 ml/L/tanaman memberikan pengaruh terbaik terhadap parameter pertambahan diameter batang di 7 MST (0,17 mm) dan 8 MST (0,16 mm). Tingkat dosis pupuk organik cair akar bambu 30 ml/L memberikan pengaruh terbaik terhadap parameter pertambahan tinggi tanaman 7 MST (0,61 cm) dan rasio panjang lebar daun 8 MST (2,97). Selain itu, tingkat dosis pupuk kotoran hewan kambing 150 g/polybag memberikan pengaruh terbaik terhadap parameter pertambahan diameter batang 8 MST (0,18 mm), dan pertambahan jumlah daun 3 MST (1,22 helai). Tidak terdapat interaksi antara pemberian kombinasi pupuk organik cair akar bambu dan pupuk kotoran hewan kambing terhadap pertumbuhan batang bawah tanaman durian (Durio zibethinus Murr.).
abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of bamboo root POC and goat KOHE fertilizer on the growth of durian (Durio Zibethinus Murr.) stem stems. This study used a Factorial Randomized Block Design (RAK) consisting of two factors, namely: The first factor is the bamboo root POC dose (P) consisting of three levels, namely: 0 ml/1L, 30 ml/1L, and 50 ml/1L. The second factor is the goat KOHE fertilizer dose consisting of three levels, namely: 0 g/polybag, 100 g/polybag, and 150 g/polybag. This study investigates the effects of different doses of liquid organic fertilizer from bamboo roots and goat manure on the growth parameters of durian plants (Durio zibethinus Murr.). The results indicate that a dosage of 50 ml/L/plant of bamboo root liquid organic fertilizer significantly enhances the diameter growth at 7 MST (0.17 mm) and 8 MST (0.16 mm). Meanwhile, a dosage of 30 ml/L effectively promotes plant height at 7 MST (0.61 cm) and leaf length-to-width ratio at 8 MST (2.97). Furthermore, a goat manure dosage of 150 g/polybag demonstrates the most considerable effect on diameter growth at 8 MST (0.18 mm) and leaf quantity at 3 MST (1.22 leaves). Notably, no interaction was found between the application of bamboo root liquid organic fertilizer and goat manure on the growth of the durian lower stem.
