description: This study aims to determine the effect of bamboo root POC and goat KOHE fertilizer on the growth of durian (Durio Zibethinus Murr.) stem stems. This study used a Factorial Randomized Block Design (RAK) consisting of two factors, namely: The first factor is the bamboo root POC dose (P) consisting of three levels, namely: 0 ml/1L, 30 ml/1L, and 50 ml/1L. The second factor is the goat KOHE fertilizer dose consisting of three levels, namely: 0 g/polybag, 100 g/polybag, and 150 g/polybag. This study investigates the effects of different doses of liquid organic fertilizer from bamboo roots and goat manure on the growth parameters of durian plants (Durio zibethinus Murr.). The results indicate that a dosage of 50 ml/L/plant of bamboo root liquid organic fertilizer significantly enhances the diameter growth at 7 MST (0.17 mm) and 8 MST (0.16 mm). Meanwhile, a dosage of 30 ml/L effectively promotes plant height at 7 MST (0.61 cm) and leaf length-to-width ratio at 8 MST (2.97). Furthermore, a goat manure dosage of 150 g/polybag demonstrates the most considerable effect on diameter growth at 8 MST (0.18 mm) and leaf quantity at 3 MST (1.22 leaves). Notably, no interaction was found between the application of bamboo root liquid organic fertilizer and goat manure on the growth of the durian lower stem.
