note: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kinerja lingkungan terhadap
nilai perusahaan dengan kinerja keuangan sebagai variabel intervening pada
perusahaan Manufaktur Sektor Industri Dasar dan Kimia yang terdaftar di Bursa
Efek Indonesia yang menerbitkan laporan keuangan selama periode tahun 2016-
2020. Dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling diperoleh 13 sampel
perusahaan dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil
penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Kinerja Lingkungan berpengaruh terhadap
Nilai Perusahaan pada Perusahaan Manufaktur Sektor Industri Dasar dan Kimia
(2) Kinerja Lingkungan tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Keuangan pada
Perusahaan Manufaktur Sektor Industri Dasar dan Kimia yang terdaftar di Bursa
Efek Indonesia (3) Kinerja Keuangan tidak berpengaruh terhadap Nilai
Perusahaan pada Perusahaan Manufaktur Sektor Industri Dasar dan Kimia yang
terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (4) Kinerja Lingkungan tidak berpengaruh
terhadap Nilai Perusahaan dengan Kinerja Keuangan Sebagai Variabel
Intervening pada Perusahaan Manufaktur Sektor Industri Dasar dan Kimia yang
terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia.
abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of environmental performance on company
value with financial performance as an intervening variable in Basic Industrial
and Chemical Sector Manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock
Exchange that publish financial statements during the 2016-2020 period. Using
purposive sampling techniques, 13 company samples were obtained and analyzed
using multiple linear regression. The results of this study show that
(1)Environmental Performance has no effect on Company Value in Basic
Industrial and Chemical Sector Manufacturing Companies (2) Environmental
Performance has no effect on Financial Performance in Basic Industrial and
Chemical Sector Manufacturing Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock
Exchange (3) Financial Performance has no effect on Company Value in Basic
Industrial and Chemical Sector Manufacturing Companies listed on the Indonesia
Stock Exchange (4) Environmental Performance does not affect Company Value
with Financial Performance as an Intervening Variable in Basic Industrial and
Chemical Sector Manufacturing Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock
Exchange.
