description: This study aims to determine the effect of the general allocation fund, special allocation fund, revenue sharing fund, regional incentive fund, and village fund on the human development index on the island of Kalimantan in 2018-2022. This study uses panel data consisting of time series data for the period 2018-2022 and cross section data on 17 districts on the island of Kalimantan. The analytical tool used is panel data regression with the FEM (Fixed Effect Model) method. Based on the results of this study, it shows that partially the general allocation fund variable has a significant positive effect, the special allocation fund variable has a positive and significant effect, the revenue sharing fund variable has a significant positive effect, the regional incentive fund variable has a negative and insignificant effect, and the village fund variable has a positive and insignificant effect on the Human Development Index in the Kalimantan island districts in 2018-2022. Also, it simultaneously shows that the variables of the general allocation fund, special allocation fund, revenue sharing fund, regional incentive fund, and village fund have a significant effect on the Human Development Index in Kalimantan island districts in 2018-2022.
