This research aims to investigate the implementation of corporate social  responsibility (CSR) and environmental responsibility of PT Wahyu Putra Mulya, a  sand mining company, towards the environment and surrounding communities, as  mandated by Law Number 40 of 2007 concerning Limited Liability Companies.  Additionally, this study will explore the legal actions taken by the citizens of  Pancanegara Village against PT Wahyu Putra Mulya regarding the company's CSR  and environmental responsibilities, based on Law Number 40 of 2007 concerning  Limited Liability Companies. This research employs a normative-empirical  methodology, specifically a descriptive-analytic approach, utilizing a legal  perspective. Data was collected through both primary and secondary sources, using  field studies and literature reviews. The results of the research obtained are that the  implementation of PT Wahyu Putra Mulya's CSR has been running but is not  optimal enough to solve problems arising from the company's operational impact,  so the right PT Wahyu Putra Mulya CSR program should be a sustainable health  program, especially free health checks and treatment of respiratory diseases for  affected communities. The community around the mine site can apply for  compensation and take legal action either through class action or legal standing.  It is recommended that the company enhance its CSR programs by focusing on  environmental and social impacts, particularly health-related initiatives.
