%A Dinda Yulianti %O Program Praktik Kerja Lapangan disusun oleh lembaga pendidikan dan sektor industri yang dirancang untuk memenuhi kebutuhan serta memberikan kontribusi pada pengembangan siswa SMK. Tetapi pelaksanaan Praktik Kerja Lapangan harus dihadapi beberapa permasalahan yang mempengaruhi efektivitasnya. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menjelaskan evaluasi Praktik Kerja Lapangan di Jurusan Teknik Pemesinan SMKN 7 Kota Serang ditinjau dari tahapan Persiapan (Antecedent), Pelaksanaan (Transaction), Hasil (Outcomes). Penelitian ini adalah penelitian evaluatif mixed method (metode kombinasi), menggunakan pendekatan sekuensial eksplanatori. Dalam penelitian ini populasi siswa sebanyak 68 maka jumlah sampel yaitu 68 siswa dan 4 guru. Seluruh Persiapan PKL (Antecedent) terdiri dari Pembelajaran Reguler dan pembekalan yang telah didapatkan hasil bahwa 82% dalam kategori sangat baik, lalu 68 siswa didapatkan hasil bahwa 84,02% dalam kategori sangat baik. Seluruh Pelaksanaan PKL (Transaction) yang terdiri dari Masa Orientasi Kerja dan Kompetensi dari persepsi guru didapatkan hasil 84% dalam kategori sangat baik serta dari persepsi siswa 33% dengan kategori cukup. Setelah pelaksanaan PKL (Outcomes) terdapat Penilaian Sekolah serta Penilaian Industri, dari persepsi guru hasil 88% dalam kategori baik serta dari persepsi siswa memiliki hasil 81% dengan kategori cukup. Seluruh indikator tahapan persiapan PKL (Antecedents) dinilai cukup. Tahapan pelaksanaan (Transactions) dinilai baik akan tetapi masih ada kekurangan dimana ketika melaksanakan PKL siswa masih tidak disiplin yang dimana menyebabkan sekolah diblacklist selama lebih dari 1 tahun dari beberapa industri. However, the implementation of Field Work Practices must face several problems that affect its effectiveness. This research was conducted to explain the evaluation of Field Work Practices in the Department of Machining Engineering at SMKN 7 Serang City in terms of the Preparation (Antecedent), Implementation (Transaction), Results (Outcomes) stages. This research is a mixed method evaluative research (combination method), using an explanatory sequential approach. In this study, the student population was 68, so the sample size was 68 students and 4 teachers. All PKL (Antecedent) Preparation consists of Regular Learning and debriefing which resulted in 82% being in the very good category, then 68 students found that 84.02% were in the very good category. The entire implementation of FWP (Transaction) which consists of the Work Orientation and Competency Period, from the teacher's perception, obtained results of 84% in the very good category and from student perception 33% in the sufficient category. After implementing the FWP (Outcomes) there was a School Assessment and Industrial Assessment, from the teacher's perception the results were 88% in the good category and from the students' perceptions the results were 81% in the sufficient category. All indicators of the FWP preparation stages (Antecedents) are considered sufficient. The implementation stages (Transactions) are considered good, but there are still shortcomings where when carrying out FWP students are still not disciplined which causes the school to be blacklisted for more than 1 year from several industries. The results of the FWP (Outcomes) evaluation were declared good. %D 2024
