description: This study aims to determine the cyberbullying behavior that occurs in students of Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University. The focus of this research is cyberbullying behavior in Untirta students. This is because the use of harsh words is often normalized by society so that this research explains how cyberbullying behavior can occur among Untirta students.  This research is a qualitative case study method, with data collection techniques through interviews and documentation. With data analysis techniques, namely data reduction, data display and verification and checking the validity of data source triangulation. This research was conducted in June 2024. The selection of informants in this research was through a purposive teachnique, it’s a determining certain criteria. The results of this study indicate that there is cyberbullying behavior that occurs in Untirta students, which is not only as a perpetrator or person who  commits cyberbullying behavior but there are also Untirta students who are victims of cyberbullying behavior. There are several forms of behavior that, flaming, denigration, outing and cyberstalking. Which occurs due to various  factors is revenge, feelings of envy and jealousy, feelings of dislike for certain parties and being influenced by the surrounding enviroment. Cyberbullying behavior as a social construction is explained by three dialectical moments of  social construction, through the theory of Peter L. berger and Luckman it’s externalization, objectivation and internalization.
