The method used in this study is quantitative with a descriptive approach. The population used in this study was 77 employees of the Banten Provincial Social Service. The sample used in this study was nonprobability sampling with the technique taken, namely the narrow sampling technique (sensus). The data analysis techniques in this study used Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) using the student version of SmartPLS.4 analysis tool. The results of this study show that: (1) Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. (2) Working Discipline has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Commitment. (3) Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. (4) Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance.
