Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data melalui kuisioner. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 150 Sekolah Dasar Negeri di kota Cilegon. Sampel berjumlah 24 kepala sekolah dan 226 guru Sekolah Dasar Negeri di kota Cilegon. Teknik pengambilan sample menggunakan random sampling. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif,uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi berganda, ujihipotesis, dan analisis jalur (Path Analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh secara signifikan; pengaruh langsung kepemimpinan Melayani (Servant Leadership) terhadap mutu sekolah (nilai koefisien jalur = 0,501 dan nilai t-hitung =5.728> t-tabel 1.650); pengaruh langsung kompetensi supervisi terhadap Mutu Sekolah (nilai koefisien jalur = 0,726 dan nilai t-hitung =9.243 > t-tabel 1.650); pengaruh langsung kinerja Guru terhadap Mutu Sekolah (t=4,025 dan p=0,000); pengaruh langsung kepemimpinan melayani (Servant Leadership) terhadap kompetensi supervisi (nilai koefisien jalur = 0,459 dan nilai t-hitung =8.130 > ttabel 1.650); pengaruh langsung kepemimpinan melayani (Servant Leadership) terhadap kinerja guru (nilai koefisien jalur = 0,098 dan nilai t-hitung =2.557 > ttabel 1.650); pengaruh tidak langsung kepemimpinan melayani (Servant Leadership) terhadap mutu sekolah melalui kinerja guru (nilai koefisien jalur = 0,326 dan nilai t-hitung =2.400 > t-tabel 1.650); pengaruh tidak langsung kompetensi supervisi terhadap mutu sekolah melalui kinerja guru (nilai koefisien jalur = 0,943 dan nilai t-hitung =15.052 > t-tabel 1.650). abstract: This research aims to analyze the influence of servant leadership, supervision competence and teacher performance on school quality. This type of research is quantitative research. Data collection method through questionnaires. The population of this study was 150 state elementary schools in the city of Cilegon. The sample consisted of 24 school principals and 226 state elementary school teachers in the city of Cilegon. The sampling technique uses random sampling. Data analysis in this research uses descriptive analysis, validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and path analysis.
