This type of research is quantitative research. Data collection method through questionnaires. The population of this study was 150 state elementary schools in the city of Cilegon. The sample consisted of 24 school principals and 226 state elementary school teachers in the city of Cilegon. The sampling technique uses random sampling. Data analysis in this research uses descriptive analysis, validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and path analysis.
