Quality teacher performance must be in accordance with the established Standard Operating Procedures. In reality, teacher performance still shows low quality, this is thought to be caused by the leadership of the principal, ineffective academic supervision, suboptimal school-based quality improvement management and low teacher achievement motivation. This study aims to determine: (1) the direct influence of principal leadership, academic supervision, school-based quality improvement management, teacher achievement motivation on teacher performance based on quality culture; (2) the indirect influence of principal leadership, academic supervision, school-based quality improvement management, on teacher performance based on quality culture through teacher achievement motivation; and (3) the simultaneous influence of principal leadership, academic supervision, school-based quality improvement management, achievement motivation on teacher performance based on quality culture. The study was conducted on 220 civil servant teachers who were selected as research samples through area sampling techniques. This study uses a quantitative approach with path analysis to see the direct and simultaneous influences between research variables.
