Outsourcing is a certain activity that is contracted by the company  providing the worker to the company providing the outsourcing service to  organize and manage some of the supporting processes based on agreed  standards. Outsourcing is regulated in Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning  Employment, Law No. 6 of 2023 concerning Job Creation and Government  Regulation Number 35 of 2021. The implementation of outsourcing worker  contracts is based on an outsourcing agreement made between PT. Tiga Delta  Sekuriti with PT. Wonokyo Jaya Kusuma, identification of the problem in this  research is how to implement outsourcing worker contracts at PT. Three Delta  Securities to PT. Wonokoyo Jaya Kusuma regarding workers' rights based on  Government Regulation Number 35 of 2021, how to legally resolve violations of  workers' contracts between PT. Three Delta Securities with outsourced workers.  The theory used is the theory of legal certainty and legal justice. The method used  is empirical juridical legal research with statutory, conceptual and case  approaches. The data source comes from secondary data consisting of primary  materials, secondary materials and tertiary materials. Data collection techniques  were carried out using literature studies and field studies. Data analysis was  carried out using qualitative analysis which is descriptive analysis. The research  results concluded that the implementation of the Outsourcing contract between  PT. Tiga Delta Sekuriti to PT. Wonokoyo Jaya Kusuma and then after that a  PKWT was made between PT. Tiga Delta Sekuriti and the workers, which based  on the previous field was made in accordance with the applicable laws but in its  implementation in the middle of the road PT. Tiga Delta Sekuriti took action  violates the PKWT agreement that has been made with workers previously, giving  rise to rights disputes. The parties agreed first to resolve the rights dispute that  occurred by holding an open discussion first between worker representatives and  PT TDS by prioritizing the principles of kinship and justice.
