%X This research examines the Policy Analysis of the Joint People's Movement to Overcome Congested, Slum, Poor Areas and Empower the Socio-Economic Environment in Tangerang Regency in 2022, in the implementation of the Gebrak Pakumis Program there are several problems related to its implementation which are not in accordance with Law Number 19 of 2019 concerning Guidelines Implementation  of the Joint People's Movement Program to Overcome  Congested, Slum, Poor Areas and Social Empowerment. Therefore, to understand the flow of problems in the Gebrak  Pakumis Program, researchers use William N Dunn's policy analysis theory which is divided into 3 parts, namely Empirical, Valuative and Normative. The method used by  researchers is the Qualitative Method. The results of this research show that there is a lack of coordination between OPD and a lack of budget in implementing the Gebrak  Pakumis Program in accordance with Number 63 of 2019.
%Z Penelitian ini mengkaji mengenai Analisis Kebijakan Gerakan Bersama Rakyat Atasi Kawasan Padat, Kumuh, Miskin dan Pemberdayaan Lingkungan Sosial Ekonomi di Kabupaten Tangerang Tahun 2022, dalam pelaksanaan Program Gebrak Pakumis terdapat beberapa masalah terkait pelaksanaanya yang tidak sesuai dengan undangundang Nomor 19 Tahun 2019 Mengenai Pedoman Pelaksanaan Program Gerakan  Bersama Rakyat Atasi Kawasan Padat, Kumuh, Miskin dan Pemberdayaan Sosial. Karena itu, untuk memahami alur permasalahan dalam Program Gebrak Pakumis Ini  Peneliti menggunakan teori analisi kebijakan William N Dunn yang terbagi menjadi 3 bagian yaitu Empiris, Valuatif dan Normatif. Metode yang digunakan peneliti adalah  Metode Kualitatif. Hasil dari Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kurangnya koordinasi antara OPD dan kurangnya anggaran dalam melaksanakan Program Gebrak Pakumis  yang sesuai dengan Nomor 63 Tahun 2019.
