In this analysis, the author conducted an in-depth study of various legal aspects contained in the Civil Code, with a special focus on the debtor's responsibility in force majeure situations and the legal implications of using bilgyet bodong as a payment method. This research aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the rights owned by PT Dua Agung Cirebon as well as various legal measures that can be taken to deal with this unfavorable situation. Apart from that, this research also contributes to a broader understanding of legal protection for business actors in facing unexpected risks. Thus, it is hoped that the results of this research can be a valuable reference for other business actors in managing legal risks related to business contracts, especially in times of crisis full of uncertainty such as those currently being experienced.
