Based on These problems, the  researcher in interested in knowing whether Incest ia regulated in Law Number  16 of 2019 Amandements to Law Njmber 1 of 1974 Concerning Marriage and the  Civil code and wheyher the inheritance of childer born of Incest marriages  (Incest) is Regualated in Law Number 16 of 2019 Amandements to Law Number 1  of 1974 Concerning Marriage and the Civil Code, The Resrearch method used is  normative juridical data sources used, namely secondary and primary data,  power analysis which is descriptive qualitative, the results of the study show that  the inheritance rights of children born are regulated in 867 of the civil code and  article 41 (1) of Law Number 16 of 2019 Amandements to Law Number 1 of 1974  concerning Marriage, that children born from incestuous marriages cannot get  heir but only get a living must be given by the Father or his Father‟s Family, this  is not accordance with the position of a child who was born from Incest in the  Karamenak sub district, Kawalu, Taikmalaya City.
