TY - THES N1 - Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media permainan tradisional congklak karir adar dapat membantu siswa dalam meningkatkan pemahaman terkait wawasan karir. Metode yang digunakan adalah research and development (R&D), dengan menggunakan model pengembangan 4D. Hasil uji kelayakan terhadap produk yang dikembangkan mendapatkan nilai rata-rata sebesar 80,5% yang artinya layak untuk diimplementasikan. Selanjutnya berdasarkan hasil respon siswa terhadap media permainan mendapat nilai sebesar 87, 4% atau pada kategori sangat layak. Subjek uji coba penelitian ini yaitu 6 siswa kelas XII di SMAN 1 Bojongmanik, yang memiliki wawasan karir terendah berdasarkan analisis kebutuhan. Pengukuran wawasan karir serta uji kelayakan media permainan congklak karir dilakukan dengan menggunakan angket. Data yang diperoleh, dianalisis menggunakan tenik analisis deskriptif dan Wilcoxon match pairs test, yang disajikan dalam bentuk table. Hasil uji Wilcoxon match pairs test menunjukan bahwa nilai Asymp Sig. (2 tailed) sebesar 0,028, nilai tersebut kurang dari 0,05, data tersebut menunjukan bahwa pengembangan media permainan tradisional congklak dapat meningkatkan wawasan karir siswa kelas XII di SMAN 1 Bojongmanik.
