This research uses a descriptive method with a quantitative research type. The respondents for this research were 70 employees of PT. KSP Cilegon. The sampling technique uses a non-probabilistic sampling technique. Data were analyzed using the instrument test method, classical assumptions, regression analysis, f-test, and t-test using SPSS 22.  The results of this research show (1) Intrinsic Motivation has no significant effect on employees, (2) Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on employees, (3) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
