KSP Cilegon, work environment on employee performance of PT. KSP Cilegon, work discipline on the performance of PT employees. KSP Cilegon. In this research, work environment, intrinsic motivation and work discipline are independent variables and employee performance is the dependent variable. This research uses a descriptive method with a quantitative research type. The respondents for this research were 70 employees of PT. KSP Cilegon. The sampling technique uses a non-probabilistic sampling technique. Data were analyzed using the instrument test method, classical assumptions, regression analysis, f-test, and t-test using SPSS 22.
