Electronics Nuclear engineering description: This research is a type of development research or Research and Development (R&D) which aims to produce a training product on the use of electrical measuring and measuring instruments based on video module tutorials and to determine the level of feasibility in the training process. Based on the data obtained, the online survey was distributed to vocational school students and alumni of SMA or SMK in Serang City, with a total of 42 respondents. The results of the survey data obtained as many as 77% of respondents stated that they did not agree if the understanding of the material on the use of electrical measuring instruments delivered by teachers in class was easy to understand, and as many as 73% of students stated that when practicing on productive subjects they tended to only observe. So it is necessary to develop training in measuring and measuring electricity by referring to CP in schools and competencies in SKKNI. The training is designed with a self-learning model.The development model uses ADDIE with 5 systematic stages consisting of: (1) analyze, (2) design, (3) development, (4) implementation, (5) evaluation. The products produced are learning video modules, practice job sheets, measuring instrument media and electrical measurement components. The level assessment uses 9 evaluators of learning materials and media and 23 training participant respondents. The evaluation results of the learning video module are in the "very feasible" category with a score range of X 60 with an average assessment result of 76.3 so that the learning video module can be used as a training learning media. The evaluation results of the practice jobsheet media are in the "very feasible" category with a score range of X 60 with an average assessment result of 73 so that the practice jobsheet media can be used as a training learning media.
