Berdasarkan perolehan data survei online disebarkan kepada siswa SMK, dan alumni dari SMA atau SMK di Kota Serang, dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 42 orang. Hasil perolehan data survei sebanyak 77\% responden menyatakan bahwa tidak setuju apabila pemahaman materi penggunaan alat ukur listrik yang disampaikan oleh guru dikelas mudah untuk dipahami, dan sebanyak 73\% peserta didik menyatakan bahwa pada saat melakukan praktik pada mata pelajaran produktif mereka cenderung hanya mengamati. Sehingga perlu dikembangkan pelatihan ala ukur dan pengukuran listrik dengan mengacu pada CP disekolah dan kompetensi pada SKKNI. Pelatihan dirancang dengan model self learning. Model pengembangan menggunakan ADDIE dengan 5 tahapan secara sistematis terdiri dari: (1) analyze (Analisis), (2) Design (Perancangan), (3) Development (Pengembangan), (4) Implementation (Penerapan), (5) Evaluation (Evaluasi). Produk yang dihasilkan adalah modul video pembelajaran, jobsheet praktik,media alat ukur dan komponen pengukuran listrik. Penilaian tingkat menggunakan 9 evaluator materi dan media pembelajaran serta responden peserta pelatihan sebanyak 23 orang. Hasil evaluasi modul video pembelajaran berada pada kategori ?sangat layak? dengan rentang skor X 60 dengan hasil penilaian rata-rata sebesar 76,3 sehingga modul video pembelajaran dapat digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran pelatihan. Hasil evaluasi media jobsheet praktik berada pada kategori ?sangat layak? dengan rentang skor X 60 dengan hasil penilaian rata-rata sebesar 73 sehingga media jobsheet praktik dapat digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran pelatihan.
