%O Sistem Informasi Kinerja Terpadu (SIKT) merupakan aplikasi pengendalian dan monitoring capaian kinerja di Sekretariat Kabinet dalam rangka mewujudkan cita-cita reformasi birokrasi Indonesia menuju “world class bearucrary”. Kementerian PANRB tahun 2022 memberikan Area of Improvement (AoI) untuk pengembangan SIKT. Teori dalam penelitian ini menggunakan beberapa gabungan indikator implementasi e-government (Indrajit et al, 2005) dan United Nations (Budiati, 2004). Metode penelitian menggunakan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, in-depth interview, studi kepustakaan, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi e-government web-based SIKT sudah terlaksana dengan baik. Pertama content development, SIKT versi 2 dengan pengembangan verifikasi data capaian yang masih pada proses kyusi. Kedua competency building, pelatihan kepada pengguna dilakukan dalam bentuk sosialisasi dan bimbingan teknis jika terdapat fitur terbaru di SIKT. Ketiga connectivity, SIKT teintegrasi dengan SIMPEG dan SAKTI serta sedang melalukan bechmarking ke BKN untuk menghubungkan aplikasi e-kinerja. Keempat Legal Framework, draft kebijakan Arsitektur dan Peta Rencana SPBE Sekretariat Kabinet sedang masuk proses penetapan di tahun 2024. Kelima coordination, proses bisnis SIKT dalam pengelolaan kinerja organisasi berdasarkan Peraturan Sekeretaris Kabinet Nomor 3 Tahun 2023 tentang Peta Proses Bisnis di Lingkungan Sekretariat Kabinet. Keenam security, SIKT hanya bisa diakses menggunakan (intranet). The Ministry of PANRB in 2022 provides an Area of Improvement (AoI) for the development of SIKT. The theory in this study uses several combined indicators of e-government implementation (Indrajit et al, 2005) and the United Nations (Budiati, 2004). The research method uses descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, in-depth interviews, literature studies, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of e-government web-based SIKT has been carried out well. First, content development, SIKT version 2 with the development of achievement data verification which is still in the kuusi process. Second, competency building, training for users is carried out in the form of socialization and technical guidance if there are new features in SIKT. Third, connectivity, SIKT is integrated with SIMPEG and SAKTI and is currently benchmarking to BKN to connect the e-performance application. Fourth, Legal Framework, the draft policy for the Architecture and SPBE Plan Map of the Cabinet Secretariat is currently in the process of being determined in 2024. Fifth, coordination, the SIKT business process in managing organizational performance based on Cabinet Secretary Regulation Number 3 of 2023 concerning the Business Process Map in the Cabinet Secretariat Environment. Sixth, security, SIKT can only be accessed using (intranet).
