This development has an impact on the use of technology in learning, marked by the emergence of learning media. The use of appropriate and appropriate learning media can improve the quality and effectiveness of learning and support the teaching and learning process at SMK Negeri 1 Kramatwatu. The aim of the research is to develop animation-based Flip PDF learning media to be used as learning media in the Electrical Lighting Installation subject.\r\nThis research is a type of development research or Research and Development (R&D). The research method used is Lee & Owens which consists of five stages, namely (1) Assessment and Analysis, (2) Design, (3) Development, (4) Implementation and (5) Evaluation. The final product produced in this research is animation-based Flip PDF learning media which is the main object of research. The methods used in collecting data include observation, interviews and questionnaires. The feasibility test of learning media involved 3 material and media experts and 18 students of class XI Electrical Power Installation Engineering at SMK Negeri 1 Kramatwatu as user trials.\r\nThe level of suitability of Animation-Based Flip PDF Learning Media for Electrical Lighting Installation Subjects in Vocational Schools refers to the suitability of the material and media. The test results from experts obtained a validation value with an average of 3.77 which was in the \"Very Appropriate\" category with an interval of 3.10 - 4.00 and user (student) response assessments received an average value of 3.64 which was in the “Very Decent” category with an interval of 3.10 – 4.00. Next, get a reliability value from the expert test results of 0.928158 which is in the \"Very High\" category with an interval of 1.00 ≥ r > 0.81 and get a reliability value from the results of the user (student) response assessment of 0.649776 which is in the \"High\" category with an interval of 0.80 ≥ r > 0.61."^^ .
