description: Critical thinking skills are an important issue and a major concern for the Indonesian government. This is because critical thinking skills are still low. Digital learning media can be used to improve students' maths skills. Technology is present as a tool to facilitate the learning process, especially in learning mathematics. The learning media used is E-LkPD learning, so that students can learn anytime and anywhere for that researchers develop Stem-based electronic learner worksheets to support students' critical thinking skills on comparable and inverse value class VIII junior high school material. The type of research used is R&D with the 4D model (Define, Design, Development, Disseminate). The subjects in this study were 35 students of SMPN 5 Kota Serang. The instruments used were questionnaires and evaluation tests. The results obtained from material experts 86.00% and media experts 80.00% from both experts obtained a very valid category. Then, the results of practicality after using E-Lkpd according to the responses of students obtained 88.00% with a very practical category. So that Stem-based E-Lkpd using wizer.me supports students' critical thinking skills can be said to be valid, and very practical to use in the learning process in junior high school.
